* TRUEFLOW affiliation or endorsement is not falsely implied; and
* the screenshot is not used to distribute or promote a substantially copied replica.You may accurately state that you use or review TradeSentinel, but you may not claim to be an authorised representative, partner or affiliate unless TRUEFLOW has expressly agreed in writing.## 9. Intellectual propertyTRUEFLOW and its licensors retain all right, title and interest in the Product and associated materials.This includes rights in:* software;

* original interface elements;

Confidential informationTRUEFLOW confidential information includes non-public:* source code;
* technical and implementation documentation;

* security information;

TrialsWhere a free or paid trial is offered:* the trial period and included features will be stated at signup;

* trial access does not grant ownership or redistribution rights; and
* conversion to a paid subscription will occur only as disclosed during signup.Where payment details are collected for automatic conversion, the price and renewal timing must be displayed during signup.## 18. Fees and subscription renewalSubscription fees, billing intervals, included features and applicable taxes are displayed during checkout.Unless checkout expressly states otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically for the selected billing interval until cancelled.You authorise the applicable payment provider to charge:* the displayed subscription fee;

* access has been shared or compromised;
* you materially breach these Subscriber Terms;
* your use threatens security or Product integrity;
* continued access would violate applicable law;
* a third-party platform requires suspension; or
* urgent investigation of suspected abuse is required.Where reasonably practicable, TRUEFLOW will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy a remediable breach.## 25. TerminationYou may stop using the Product and cancel future renewal at any time.TRUEFLOW may terminate access where:* a material breach is not remedied after reasonable notice;
* copying, redistribution or deliberate circumvention occurs;
* fraudulent or unlawful activity is reasonably established;
* provision of the Product becomes unlawful or impossible;
* a required third-party service is discontinued; or
* the relevant Product is permanently discontinued.Upon termination or expiry:* the licence ends;

* outstanding payment obligations remain due; and
