TradeSentinel – Terms and Conditions of Use
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase, access, and use of TradeSentinel (“the Product”), operated by TRUEFLOW LIMITED (“the Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By purchasing, accessing, or using the Product, the user (“User”) irrevocably agrees to these Terms. If the User does not agree, they must not purchase or use the Product.

1. Educational Software Only – No Advice of Any Kind
TradeSentinel is educational software designed solely to support learning, training, and analysis of market structure and trading concepts.
TradeSentinel does not provide:
• investment advice
• financial advice
• trading advice
• recommendations
• signals or alerts
• instructions to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument
All outputs are generic, non-personalized, and informational only.
The Product is not tailored to any User’s financial situation, objectives, experience, or risk tolerance.

2. No Licensing, No Fiduciary Duty, No Client Relationship
The Company is not:
• a licensed financial advisor
• a licensed investment advisor
• a broker, dealer, or market intermediary
Nothing in the Product constitutes regulated advice under any securities, financial services, or investment laws in any jurisdiction.
Use of the Product does not create:
• a fiduciary duty
• an advisory relationship
• a client–advisor relationship

3. User Control, Judgment, and Assumption of Risk
All decisions taken by the User are made independently and exclusively by the User.
The User acknowledges and agrees that:
• they retain full control over all trading decisions
• they assume 100% responsibility for outcomes
• the Company does not influence execution, timing, or position sizing
• no output is intended to be acted upon directly
Trading and investing involve substantial risk, including the risk of total loss.

4. No Reliance – Waiver of Claims
The User agrees that:
• they do not rely on TradeSentinel for decision-making
• the Product is not a substitute for professional advice
• no representation has been made regarding profitability or performance
Any reliance placed on the Product is entirely at the User’s own risk.
The User waives any claim that the Product caused or contributed to financial loss.

5. No Guarantees – “As Is” Provision
The Product is provided “as is” and “as available”.
The Company expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:
• accuracy
• completeness
• correctness
• timeliness
• reliability
• fitness for a particular purpose
Market conditions change. Data may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. Outputs may be incorrect.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any:
• trading losses
• financial losses
• loss of capital
• loss of profits
• loss of opportunity
• indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
This applies regardless of legal theory, including negligence, contract, tort, or misrepresentation.
If liability cannot be excluded by law, the Company’s total aggregate liability shall be strictly limited to the amount paid by the User for the Product.

7. Third-Party Platforms & Dependency Disclaimer
TradeSentinel relies on third-party platforms and services, including but not limited to:
• TradingView
• OpenAI’s ChatGPT
The Company:
• does not own or control these platforms
• does not guarantee their availability, accuracy, or continuity
• is not responsible for pricing, policy changes, outages, or limitations
Any disruption, limitation, or error originating from third-party services is outside the Company’s control and not the Company’s responsibility.
Use of such services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

8. Regulatory and Jurisdictional Responsibility
The User is solely responsible for:
• determining whether use of the Product is lawful in their jurisdiction
• complying with applicable laws, regulations, and licensing requirements
The Company makes no representation that the Product is suitable or permitted in all jurisdictions.

9. Indemnification
The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or legal costs arising from:
• the User’s trading or investment activity
• misuse or misinterpretation of the Product
• violation of these Terms
• violation of applicable laws or third-party rights

All purchases are final and non-refundable, unless explicitly required by applicable law.
The User acknowledges that immediate access to digital educational content constitutes delivery.

11. Governing Law & Exclusive Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the User and the Company concerning the Product.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
